Beach and beyond.

I woke up super early that day.
About 6am!! #impossibruuu


Anyway, because my June holiday is just two weeks, and I can't go anywhere far or go anywhere for way too long, we went to Desaru for a super short getaway trip.
It's good to give myself a short break from those annoying and tiring things lately. :)


 Just in case you have no idea where Desaru is, it's just a place in Malaysia, known for their beach.
And just in case you don't know, 90% of my relatives reside in Malaysia so it's great for a short meetup there.


I have a love-hate relationship with the beach.
I love to play with sand, but I hate to get dirty.
I love the sea, but I hate to get wet.
(Wtf everything sounds so wrong.)
Most importantly, the weather is so crazy humid!!! I swear I nearly get heatstroke.





I am so damn scared that the toilet might be dirty so I was super unwilling to play in the sea, else I'll have to bathe in the dirty toilet.

Pfft in the end I didn't get to play in the sea, and I have to bathe in the dirty and squeezy toilet because I sweat too much.
And I sweat too much because I ran away from the sea. I was afraid that my cousins will pull me into the sea, or throw sand at me lol.

Oh while the kids play in the sea, old people like me must join the other old people at the picnic and talk about old dramas and recent news fml.

BUT of course the COOL me wouldn't join in their conversation! ;D

 Then we went to wash up~



I took out my lens. -_- From then on, I took photos with my shades on lol.

Guess where we went after that?!

There's go kart racing thingy nearby so we went there to check it out.
I was dying for a race but it's RM35 for 4 rounds PER person.......... And we have like, more than 10 kids around.
So, we didn't go for it.

 From there, we decided to go look for lunch instead!

 They decided to go to this place call Pasir Gudang for Seafood!
 I LOVE THAT PLACE because I went there a few times and their food is just......yum.

Ah then we got lost -_-
I'm guessing we took about an hour to look for the place.
From hungry to SUPER DUPER HUNGRY I CAN SWALLOW THE WHOLE RESTAURANT DOWN.


TRALALA. Finally. Found it.



The restaurant is on the sea!


 It's like a 'kampong' style? I don't know lol.




Eating seafood ON the sea is just...perfect.


 The last time we came, there is a super big fish and we can pull the fish net up to see how the fish looks like!

See, my cousins are so adventurous and all. LOL, kidding, they were pointing at a durian skin that is floating on the water wtf.


AND THEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY APPEARS. Zeng!!

FOOD!!!!!!!



Fresh Oysters! First time trying it but my mom keeps insisting that I tried it before. Bleh.
It's about RM10++ for one I think :O


Fried Rice. This is not very good -_-


Sour Salad-looking thing. I think the main thing in this dish is some sort of clam. Didn't like it.

SUPER nice soup! I think it's drunken prawn soup. xD
A bit too bitter but the prawns are so Q wtf so damn nice.
